Guardian Angel

Guardian Angel

Late night in a smokey bar,
There she was just dealing cards,
Red thorns poking through her skull,
Make-up to hide the red glow.

Drank up on a black jack
Erasing memories of my baby back home,
The temptation just grew too strong,
I took a bite from the apple.

Chorus;
I couldn’t help but feel the pain,
darkness in my whiskey veins,
I had to say good bye
To my guardian angel

Her blood was ink my hand were stained,
Still thought I would get away with it
Id take it back for anything,
I killed my guardian angel

Beg forgiveness everyday
Try to keep from going insane
Itchy thoughts wont go away
Cant forget the night I night I
Drank up on a black jack
Erasing memories of my baby back home,
The temptation just was too strong,
I took a bite from  that damn apple.

Chorus

Bridge:
Aint a day goes,
I dont forget that night,
I followed that devil in disguise. X2
